Project Management

Supporting everything we do at our core is strong, process-driven project management and coordination.

What separates a good project manager from a great one, is their ability to perceive (risks) while managing everyone expectations.

Sebastian ChedalCEO

Our Project Managers (PM) are here to help you make sure your engagements are controlled, meet your expectations and help provide you with all the important pieces of information you need to ensure you make the right decisions.

They provide weekly reviews of your projects and provides guidance, status updates, quality review, risk management, and escalation planning. In addition, they meet with you and our team regularly to discuss allocations, resource needs, productivity, and learning opportunities.

Our philosophy is that all projects are transparent and our clients are in control of the wheel. This means our reports always include risks along with mitigation options and key decisions are tracked and documented with pros/cons and any necessary impact analyses to help inform and guide our important decisions.

Project Process

Larger projects are often split up into 2 to 4 phases. This helps to minimize risks, budget more accurately and reduce overall final costs by conducting strong up-front documentation.

Phase I: Discovery

Our team will analyze your business along with your project’s primary objectives to spark recommendations for prioritization, budgeting and timelines.

With your business and functional requirements in place, together we select the appropriate scope, budget, and timelines you require.

Phase II and beyond to fulfillment:

Once discovery is complete, we then shift into execution and fulfillment.

Each stage is separated with a milestone to ensure we are keeping scope, timeline and budget correctly controlled.

Iterative Processes

When possible, we recommend and run projects in an Agile / iterative manner. This also pairs really well with ongoing engagements, larger projects that need iterative improvements, or projects where there is a fixed timeline and/or budget and we need to accomplish as much as possible within these constraints.
