Agency & Reseller Solutions: AI for Agencies, Built by One

We’re an agency that automated itself. Now we help other agencies do the same.

    The Pressure

Why Agencies Are Looking at This Right Now

Margins are compressing. Clients expect more output for the same budget, and the work that used to fund agency operations is the work that AI handles fastest. Content production, research, reporting, campaign management, lead qualification. The list keeps growing.

At the same time, a new class of agentic-native competitors is showing up. Smaller teams shipping more work, faster, because they’ve built AI into the core of their delivery. Agencies that wait to figure this out are losing accounts to shops that started building it eighteen months ago.

The instinct is to layer a few AI tools on top of existing workflows and hope it adds up. It doesn’t. The agencies pulling ahead right now are rebuilding their delivery system around AI. You keep your expertise, your human layer, your client sense of ownership while getting better, faster and cheaper results from the technology stack that supports you. Grow your margin instead of giving it away.

This is the AI-system-shift we help your agency make.

    What We Build

    Build Domains

    Digital Marketing Agents

Agents that run campaigns, produce content, monitor performance, and assemble reports for your agency’s own marketing and for your clients. Built with AI at the core, they run day to day without babysitting and flag the moments that need a human.

    White-Label Agent Platforms

Your brand, our infrastructure. Multi-tenant by design so one platform serves many of your clients. We build the admin layer, the billing and quota controls, and the per-tenant configuration so your team manages clients centrally. AI-powered apps and integrations is the build pattern.

    Custom Productized Systems

Turn your agency’s methodology into a repeatable system. Works across clients in the same vertical or workflow shape, so each engagement starts at 80 percent done instead of zero.

    Agency-Internal Tooling

Research, lead gen, content production, ops dashboards. Built for your team. The people you already have move faster, take on more accounts, and you don’t add headcount to do it.

    Development, DevOps

We build and deploy agents that help augment your developers and manage, secure and protect your customer servers. Extend your developer team with Agent’s that perform Agentic development.

    Ongoing Support

Every build comes with us running it: cost monitoring, security, reliability tuning, model migration as new options ship. The operational burden doesn’t fall on your team. See managed autonomous AI agents.

    How We Work

What Working With Us Looks Like

We build systems that reflect your business. If you need a partner who has shipped this work before, we scope it for you honestly. We start with a conversation about your delivery objectives, your client base, and where an agentic system fits with the way you already operate. From there, the path is short.

    Case Study

    Case Study: Pepper Ad Manager

Pepper Ad Manager is an AI-powered monitoring platform built for a digital marketing agency managing 80+ clients in the pet services vertical. It pulls data from Google Ads, Meta, and Local Services Ads every two hours, automatically diagnoses underperformance, and delivers actionable coaching to media buyers via Slack and email before issues ever surface in a client meeting. A web dashboard gives the agency owner a rolled-up view across all clients with critical alerts firing instantly when key metrics cross defined thresholds.

    Benefits

For the agency: problems are caught in hours instead of days, media buyers get specific instructions without anyone having to ask, and the owner always knows which accounts need attention before clients do.

For their clients: faster response to underperforming campaigns, less wasted ad spend, and an agency that calls them with solutions instead of the other way around.

    Pricing

    How Pricing Works

We like to match the pricing model to the benefit it brings you. If the system we are building is for your clients, Agencies tend to overwhelming opt for us to build the system for their clients like a SaaS platform with a monthly fee they can markup and build their margins upon.

Some agencies however prefer to have us build a platform they can own and extend into themselves, and our engagement becomes either one-time or retained for ongoing agentic support and development.

Tell us about your agency’s situation on a scope call. We’ll quote based on what fits.

    Questions

    Frequently Asked Questions

No. Whatever we build runs day-to-day without your team adopting a new platform or workflow. We design around the tools you already use (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, your project management stack) so the system fits how your team operates. When you want your team to extend or maintain it themselves, we provide training and documentation as part of the engagement.

Your brand, your domain, your UI. Clients see your agency on every surface: the product itself, the emails it sends, the reports it generates. Fountain City doesn’t appear anywhere customer-facing. We’re listed as a subcontractor in your MSA if you want the paper trail, but that’s the only place we show up.

Yes. That’s one of the most common reasons agencies work with us. We help you package the build into a repeatable service offering (pricing, scope, deliverables, onboarding flow) and the platform itself handles the per-client setup. You sell it, we keep it running underneath.

Multi-tenant by design. Each of your clients gets their own isolated data, configuration, and usage limits. You manage them centrally through an admin layer we build for your team: add a client, set their quotas, see their activity, bill them. The platform scales horizontally as you add accounts, so adding the 50th client isn’t a different shape of work than adding the 5th.

Most agencies are 30 to 60 days from scope call to a client running on the platform. The variation depends on how custom the build is and how clean the client data is. Single-agent deployments are faster, often 2 to 4 weeks. Multi-tenant platforms with custom integrations run closer to 8 to 12 weeks. We’ll give you a real timeline at the scope call, not a sales-deck estimate.
